I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items out as fast as possible. For products to be shipped to United Kingdom, it will take up to 4-7 business days. For shipment to the rest of the globe it will take up to 7-18 business days after your order has been processed. Processing time will take up to 1-3 business days after your payment has been authorised and verified. 

When will I get my tracking number?
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you did not receive a tracking number after 7 business days please contact us here.

Will I get a refund if my item is damaged?
We will replace your item if the product is defective or damaged. Kindly take a photo of the damaged product and send it to us via email, support@zenpuro.com, within 7 days after receiving the product. Shipping cost for the replaced product will be absorbed by us. 

Can I cancel my order?
You are unable to cancel your order once your purchase has been made. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, quickly contact us here. We will help you to the best of our ability. However, should your ordered product be shipped off already, we are unable to change your address.

I have a question that wasn't addressed, can you please help?
